The modern double room was really nice, and the beds were super comfortable. the bathroom had elegant marble finishes and even included a bidet. 😊.

High quality hotel in an excellent location in the town central square, thoroughly enjoyed this place. The room was huge & new-fashioned, with a view. The service here was very good. Location: the venue was close enough to the center of the pedestrian shopping district, very comfortable inside, and the Coast. I was surprised at nearby Carafe Coffee Roasters, they had some goodies, drinks.

We had a room at the top with view to the church (additionally with a small roof terrace). The room was nice and clean and the staff very courteous. We also used the parking possibility of the hotel (own garage 5€/night). Location directly in the center!
A refreshment would be good (decalcify/replace shower head, shower drain jammed, room door jammed when unlocking). But these are trifles.

For German conditions really times 4 stars and maybe even a little bit more (which was usually not so in Sicily)! High-quality equipment with a well-functioning air conditioner without any noise, that fortunately did not cool down the bathroom at the same time but tempered it very comfortably. And if you are lucky enough to have a view of the old town... maybe with a balcony... a dream!

The hotel staff was very friendly, especially the one who took over the parking service - many thanks again. Parking and breakfast cost extra, but not much and are highly recommended. Room, beds, bathroom - everything is fine.

Enjoyed a weekend at a hotel in the heart of a charming historic town. The staff was very helpful and provided an upgrade to a bigger bedroom on arrival. Breakfast was included and had a varied selection of food. The hotel provided parking facilities, which was a bonus as it is difficult to park in the town. The hotel was situated near the main attractions of the city, making it easy to walk to them.
The narrow lane leading to the hotel parking lot was not ideal if you have a large car. The room was a bit small and cramped, with some noise coming through the thin walls.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was right in the centre of city and very close to all major attractions. Free wifi in hotel. Rooms large and comfortable.
Breakfast could have been better. Parking was a little difficult as there was only a few spaces for the hotel.

This Hotel is in an excellent location within the walled city. It's difficult to find accomodation in this region that is comfortable, clean and modern, but the Best Western is all of that. Very nice hotel.
